How does the 14-day trial work?
You enter a card at signup. We charge on day 14 unless you cancel. We send reminders on day 7, 11, and 13. Cancel in one click from Billing.
What makes Founder pricing special?
Only the first 50 restaurants can lock $29.99/mo for life. Your price stays $29.99 for as long as your subscription stays active — it never goes up.
What happens if I go over 300 invoices a month?
We never block you. Extra invoices are $0.15 each, billed at month end. Most single-location restaurants never hit this cap.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, anytime. Upgrading is instant with prorated credit. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted at rest. Each restaurant has isolated data — staff at one restaurant can never see another's data. Plaid handles all bank credentials.
I don't have a credit card right now. Can I try without one?
The 14-day trial requires a card to prevent spam accounts. If you cancel before day 14, you're not charged. Alternative billing: support@resvenu.com.
