How does the 14-day trial work?
You enter a card at signup. We charge on day 14 unless you cancel. After that the plan renews automatically at the price you signed up for — monthly or annually, whichever you picked — until you cancel. We send reminders on day 7, 11, and 13. Cancel any time from Billing, or email support@resvenu.com.
What makes Founder pricing special?
Only the first 50 restaurants can lock in $29.99/mo. Your price stays $29.99 for as long as your subscription stays active.
What happens if I go over 300 invoices a month?
We never block you. On monthly plans, extra invoices are $0.15 each, billed at month end.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, anytime. Upgrading is instant and the difference is prorated. Downgrading also takes effect right away — but we don't prorate downgrades, so there's no credit for the rest of the period you already paid for.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted at rest. Each restaurant has isolated data — staff at one restaurant can never see another's data. Plaid handles all bank credentials.
I don't have a credit card right now. Can I try without one?
The 14-day trial requires a card to prevent spam accounts. If you cancel before day 14, you're not charged. Alternative billing: support@resvenu.com.
