Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar laws, you can request that we do not sell or share your personal information. Resvenu does not sell personal information today. We're publishing this form anyway so the request is on record and so the same control works if our policy ever changes.

Submit a request

Email privacy@resvenu.com with the following information. We respond within 45 days as required by CCPA.

· Full name on the account
· Email used to sign up
· Restaurant name (helps us locate the right account when multiple operators share an email)
· A line confirming that the request is under CCPA opt-out

Other privacy controls

· Privacy Policy — what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
· Cookie preferences — adjust at any time via the cookie banner (clear browser cookies to bring it back).
· Delete account — Settings → Account → Delete account (permanently removes your data, GDPR right to be forgotten).
